Data Deletion

If you want BRS Renovate Technical Services Est. to delete the personal data we hold about you — including any data we received from Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google or any other platform when you interacted with our ads or forms — follow either route below.

Email request (recommended)

Send an email from the address you used to contact us to — with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the phone number you used so we can locate your records.

We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.

WhatsApp request

Message us on — with the words “Data Deletion Request”. We will action it from the linked phone number.

What we delete

Your name, phone number, email, message history, photos you shared, lead-form submissions, estimator submissions, and any retargeting identifiers tied to your account on advertising platforms.

What we keep

Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. signed contracts, invoices, tax documentation) for the period required by UAE law. These are kept securely and are not used for marketing.

Third-party platforms

If you also want your data removed from Meta or Google directly, use those platforms’ own data-deletion tools — we cannot delete data held inside their systems on your behalf.
